Quiet street, quiet small hotel

First the positives: this place is clean, affordable and run by friendly people. The rooms are spacious. The furniture is pleasant. It is close to the beach, and nearby you can find shops, laundry service, little restaurants that will provide everything the normal leisure-seeking tourist needs. The minuses are: This place is difficult to find to taxi drivers, even the most experienced cabbie has to enquire with passers-by and search and seek before he is able to locate Anna Residence. The entrance is somewhat anonymous, and there is no sign at the street corner to the small alley where it is situated. The street signboard outside is mysteriously turned vertical. And then it is not easy to get into the hotel once you have arrived at the doorstep. Anna Residence has a shifty telephone number. You cannot rely on what the sign says nor what is announced on the internet. I found a paper taped to the windowpane in the door stating the number as 089-704-36-78, and the driver was kind enough to call it on his private phone. Then the good lady showed up and let us in. There is no lift. So you carry your suitcase up the stairs yourself, unless the cabbie will help you. You are alone in the hotel much of the time. You let yourself in ands out by key. If you need to talk to the owner or caretaker, you may have to wait or seek for a while. You call out 'hello' by the front desk and nobody answers. Not even an echo. If you want to visit the famous nightlife of Pattaya, this is somewhat far. You are in the 'quiet backyard' of Pattaya and will have to go by song thaew (minibus) for some ten minutes or fifteen before you get to Walking Street. But minibusses are easy to catch on nearby Beach Road.

I stayed with my family in 301 room and I am impressed with service from Mr Sudhish who take care of every guest personally . Very good WiFi and clean room but as per my observation this hotel is perfect for young people because stairs are slightly high. I will recommend my family and friends.

I been here with my BF and I stayed in 401 and room is very neat and clean. Located near to beach. Anu was very helpful and he guided all the location. All required things are located in less than 200 meter.i will love to recommends my friends and family.i will be back here in future.

I stayed 3 days in this hotel .The hotel is in a quiet side road of the beach front. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. There are many local restaurants where you can eat nearby. 7eleven store is on the corner. Local buses stop at the end of the road. The only drawback of the hotel is NO LIFT. Overall nice Bead is very comfy and amenities perfect.

After a long days travel, It was nice to be met by Anu, who greeted me by my name and made me feel welcome. The hotel is located on a quite Soi a few hundred yards from a beautiful beach. He showed me to my room which was very nice clean comfortable with a huge balcony. so after dinner I got the most wonderful surprise, this was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! I slept like a baby. I can only speak for myself but one of the worst things for me is after a long day of travel to climb into an awful bed. It was pure joy, got a great nights sleep, woke refreshed and all set to go exploring. There's lots to see and do in this area. It has all sorts of restaurants so you can choose any sort of food you prefer. Along with all the gift shops you can imagine. There is also lots of transportation nearby, if you wish to go further afield on the main street, which is just a short distance away. This hotel is best suited for the 30 to 45 year old traveler(s). It is located near the beach in a good area, I never felt unsafe there. Anu, Robbin and Alisha all speak English and the made my stay there a pleasure.
